Selichot Service and Program: September 8, 9:30 p.m.

This program and service, held on the Shabbat before Rosh Hashanah, prepares us for the high holy days and helps to set the mood as we embark upon the Days of Awe

 

Sukkot: September 26

6:00 pm - Decorate the Sukkah: Help us decorate the Sukkah!  Bring some fruit or vegetables to hang up, and canned goods for the poor.

6:30 pm - Family Service

7:00 pm - BBQ Dinner

 

Simchat Torah: October 3, 7:30 pm
Featuring Hakafot with music, dancing with our Torah scrolls and consecration of our new students.

 

Purim: March 20

Family Megillah Reading, 6:30 p.m.
Purim is observed with a Family Megillah Reading and Celebration, filled with costumes, fun, and hands-on interactive programming, followed by hamentaschen and do-it-yourself sundaes

Purim Seudah & Study for Teens and Adults. 

Come have a nosh and trade ideas with friends!

Adult Service, 8:15 p.m.

We also have an Adult Megillah Reading, where we read the entire Megillah and discuss some of the issues and questions the text raises, all in a fun-filled and exciting way.

 

Gala Purim Carnival: March 16

11-1 p.m.

Carnival Games, Hot Dogs, Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Prizes

Advance price is $18 per child (includes two food tickets. Additional food is extra.

Passover

Women's Seder:

First Passover Seder: April 19

1st Day Pesach Service:  April 20

7th Evening of Pesach with Yizkor: March 25


We celebrate the first day of Passover with a morning service in the Sanctuary. To commemorate the conclusion of Passover, we have services on the seventh day in the evening, during which Yizkor is observed.

 

Yom HaShoah: May 2

We feature a special program, so that the memories of the Holocaust serve as lessons for the future, insuring that it will never happen again, to any people.

 

Yom Ha-Atzmaut: May 8

We celebrate the anniversary of the Independence of the State of Israel with a special music service.

 

A Shavout Celebration-Tikkun Leil Shavout: June 8

MazelTots Service, 5:45pm

Dinner, 6:15pm

Adult Discussion with Rabbi Klein, 7pm

Special Program for children with Rebecca Shubert, 7pm
